HeartSong Retreats provides individual family and professional caregivers support and opportunities for renewal. They also provide support services to the staff and volunteers of Professional Caregiver Organizations. Their programs are designed to sustain the caregiver and to serve their needs as they serve others.

Hdsaco
Huntington's Disease Society of America Rocky Mountain Chapter services the Rocky Mountain Region including New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah. The Chapter provides information and assistance in dealing with Huntington's Disease (HD) related issues for affected HD individuals, families, caregivers, friends, and the healthcare community.

Rmsa
The Rocky Mountain Stroke Association provides information on stroke prevention, risk factors, symptoms, and recovery. One of their support groups meets at Capabilities monthly.

The Alzheimer's Association Colorado Chapter is the premier source of information and support for over 63,000 Coloradoans with Alzheimer's disease.

Arcdenver
Arc of Denver, Inc. is a membership association dedicated to advocating with people with developmental disabilities in the pursuit of social justice and community participation.

In its sixth decade of regional service, the Denver Regional Council of Governments is proud of its focus on quality-of-life issues. These include mobility, service to older adults, environmental concerns, planning for the future, public safety, and the provision of information for sound decision-making.

Easter
Easter Seals provides services to children and adults with disabilities and other special needs, and support to their families.

Icedynamics
Ice Dynamics is a conditioning program in injury prevention and fitness for the competitive figure skater. Training developed by Ice Dynamics is designed to initiate good conditioning habits and improve the total performance of skaters at all levels through endurance, power, strength, balance, and flexibility exercises.

Cpwd
The Center for People with Disabilities provides resources, information, and advocacy to assist people with disabilities in overcoming barriers to independent living. CPWD is a private, nonprofit agency in Boulder, CO.

Therapydynamics
Therapy Dynamics is an independent, therapist owned practice that emphasizes patient-centered care. We have been providing therapy services in Westminster, Colorado for over 16 years. Therapy Dynamics currently offers physical therapy and occupational/hand therapy services.

The Colorado Allergy & Asthma Centers are dedicated to the delivery of personalized, quality care by putting the patient first. We accomplish this by managing health, treating disease, and fostering education through research and community involvement. We coordinate local support groups for the National Asthma Foundation.

The mission of the Colorado chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is to end the devastating effects of multiple sclerosis. Founded in 1946, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is the only national voluntary MS organization that meets the standards of all major agencies that rate the fiscal responsibility of non-profit groups.

Parent to Parent of Colorado is a parent initiated, parent controlled, organized group that builds inclusive communities, takes effective and constructive group action, and supports each other on the journey of parenting our sons and daughters with special health care needs or disabilities.

Peakparent
The mission of PEAK Parent Center is to provide training, information and technical assistance to equip families of children birth through twenty-six including all disability conditions with strategies to advocate successfully for their children. As a result of PEAK's services to families and professionals, children and adults with disabilities will live rich, active lives participating as full members of their schools and communities.

The mission of Special Olympics Colorado (SOCO) is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, eight years of age and older, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.

Muscular Dystrophy Association, Denver chapter. For people served by MDA, there are many ways to connect with others who are facing similar challenges posed by neuromuscular diseases. The Arthritis Foundation is the only national not-for-profit organization that supports the more than 100 types of arthritis and related conditions with advocacy, programs, services and research.

The National Institute of Arthritis supports research into the causes, treatment, and prevention of arthritis and musculoskeletal and skin diseases, the training of basic and clinical scientists to carry out this research, and the dissemination of information on research progress in these diseases.

The National Institute of Diabetes conducts and supports basic and applied research and provides leadership for a national program in diabetes, endocrinology, and metabolic diseases; digestive diseases and nutrition; and kidney, urologic, and hematologic diseases. Several of these diseases are among the leading causes of disability and death; all seriously affect the quality of life of those who have them.
